Responsibilities
- Use AI tools to investigate issues, find similar products, and identify risky listings based on escalations and bad cases, with daily checks from the buyer side across SEA.
- Re-check and clean up risky products and sellers by reviewing past bad cases and updating risk lists.
- Use LLM to draft and improve workflows and responses to support investigation and review work.
- Support urgent cases such as government recalls, PR issues, and other high-risk situations.
- Help with operation requests like escalated case reviews and fulfillment SLA extensions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and help coordinate discussions when needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on investigative tasks.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience in e-commerce or technology-related roles or prior exposure as an online seller or listing on platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or SQL.
- Interest in platform governance, risk, or operational policy.
- Keen interest in AI is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
