    Position summary

    s at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in the governance strategy for TikTok's content ecosystem and creators, maintaining a compliant, healthy and high-quality global content ecosystem.
    • Be responsible for the governance process of ecosystem issues, cooperate with the identification team, conduct recommendation strategy and governance link design, focusing on risks such as marketing accounts, low-quality accounts and non-original content.
    • Support the design and iteration of governance strategies and experiment plans; propose optimization strategies based on content understanding and consumption data analysis, and cooperate with algorithm and product teams for implementation.
    • Mechanistically monitor ecosystem health, track governance effectiveness, accumulate cases and data insights, and continuously improve governance efficiency and outcomes.
    • Follow up the progress and implementation of cross-departmental projects to ensure governance goals are achieved on schedule.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026
    • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
    • Clear logic, strong communication and coordination skills; awareness of cross-departmental collaboration and project implementation; result-oriented, proactive, fast learner, able to adapt to the fast pace of the Internet industry.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Majors in media, data, business analysis, Internet and other related fields are preferred.
    • Strong interest in TikTok and the global content ecosystem, with a passion for content governance and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
    • Understand short-video / content platforms and creator ecology; familiarity with content norms, risky behaviors and governance logic is preferred.
