The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with our Strategy team, create and deploy the strategy to mobilize Emerging Creators in RO market in order to meet Emerging Revenue & Growth targets.
- Define strategies & operation actions for different creator layers (not going LIVE, have gone LIVE recently, very low income, mid income, etc). Monitor overall revenue growth, and meet monthly targets. Monitor and maintain data structure for the different layers.
- Coordinate creation & deployment video ads to promote going LIVE against defined layers. Plan, write copy and deploy in-app push notifications to increase Go LIVE rate & monetization.
- Create educational plans for Emerging creators. Decide on education types (text, video, webinar, email), create a monthly schedule, and deploy.
- Build a Emerging Creators Community, decide on the best channel, and be the 'face' of the Community.
- Create, configure and launch Campaigns (Competitions) specifically tailored for the RO market with rewards. Customize campaigns to defined creators layers, monitor their effectiveness, tailor campaign tasks and gameplay. Localize campaigns to country's cultural moments.
- Analyze campaign performance and present findings, identify trends and pattern.
- Help create and monitor revenue growth strategies.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Strategy, Product and Marketing to deploy all above activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of working experience in Strategy/Growth/Education/Creator Management roles, preferably on a Tech or Content Platform.
- Strong project management and organisation skills.
- Comfortable reading & manipulating data on a daily basis. Able to generate hypothesis from data, and continuously iterate approach.
- Fluent Romanian speaker to communicate with Romanian creators
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment, juggle multiple tasks, and wear different hats.
- Understanding and previous experience working within livestream ecosystem and applications preferred.
- Bachelors degree
