Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in digital advertising, ad sales, and brand marketing
- Proven success leading and mentoring internal sales teams (and external partnerships) in fast-paced environments
- Ability to foster C-Level executive relationships with a genuine interest in customers' success and recruit and retain top talent
- A proven penchant for creative problem-solving
- Proven track record of high-level negotiation and exceeding sales targets
- Able to converse in English & Spanish, both orally & written, due to the business requirement in-region
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for TikTok and an understanding of the media and advertising technology landscape
In-Office Policy - We are currently working in the office 4x a week in Polanco and will be moving to full-time, 5 days in-office by September 2026.
