- Extensive leadership experience in public policy, government affairs, or regulatory strategy, with a proven track record of influencing policy at regional or national levels. As well as deep expertise in Brazilian and international regulatory frameworks impacting technology companies, including platform regulation, data privacy, digital rights, content moderation, and AI governance.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior government officials, policymakers, and C-suite executives to drive strategic policy outcomes. Strong expertise in lobbying, high-stakes negotiations, and crisis management within rapidly evolving regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, integrating public policy strategies into business operations. Skilled at influencing diverse stakeholders, driving alignment, and managing teams in a matrixed environment to achieve policy and business goals.
- Proven experience leading high-stakes negotiations with regulatory agencies, government officials, and industry leaders, securing favorable policy outcomes while managing reputational and operational risks.
