    About the team
    TikTok's Global Business Team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. We provide strategic input and run high-impact campaigns to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips.

    Vertical Lead Korea plays a critical role in partnering with advertisers within eCommerce that are performance-marketing driven verticals to drive revenue of TikTok Global Business Solutions. A successful candidate should drive consultative engagements with C-level executives that drive business growth for our clients and will have the opportunity to grow and have impact by developing scalable solutions that shape our overall performance marketing
    franchise.

    Responsibilities

    1. Identify, prioritize and secure revenue opportunities by creating new partnerships and managing existing clients in the eCommerce industry
    2. Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions that tie to client business objectives & be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok
    3. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services and contribute to the development of thought leadership
    4. Analyze campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimized media solutions
    5. Leverage cross function such as marketing, client solutions team to drive revenue and product development
    6. Provide thought-leadership and mentorship to eCommerce sales team

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    1. Experience in a commercial role at a technology-driven company or digital advertising company
    2. minimum 3+ years of people management experience
    3. Experience working with Retail and/or eCommerce clients
    4. Proven knowledge and understanding of performance and acquisition marketing

    Preferred Qualifications

    1. Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makers
    2. Data driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking
    3. Proficient English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills
