- Manage and steer the team to deliver projects and drive business growth pillars
- Connect the dots to deliver clear, actionable client-friendly narratives by leveraging on various sources of data and information
- Develop and execute an insights outreach programme, taking a proactive approach to solutions to assist the platform sales team to continuously improve consumer experience
- Own thought leadership role within the community, proactively share interesting and thought provoking insights to business leaders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, graduate degree is preferred, math, statistics, computer-related majors are preferred, strong capability of data analytics is required
- Proficient in research and analysis, with at least 5 years' experience in a people management role
- Robust quantitative analytical skills to complement strong business acumen and data storytelling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple leadership levels and cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in client side (brand) and agency side experience, consulting, e-commerce ads will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in SQL, R/Python for data analysis, understanding of common statistical and analytical methods, and skills in BI visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI is a plus
