    Position summary

    , building scalable systems and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other business areas to optimize resources, enhance collaboration, and ensure the Legal team is equipped to meet the demands of a fast-moving, highly complex environment. It is a key leadership role, reporting to the Global Legal Head of eCommerce, Enterprise and Innovation, and sits at the heart of shaping how one of the most dynamic tech companies approaches legal strategy and execution.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the vision and execution of Legal Operations to build a scalable, efficient, and high-performing team.
    • Provide strategic support to the General Counsel and Global Legal Team, which provides support to the global operations of the business, including supporting departmental planning, resourcing, and execution.
    • Own the legal technology strategy and partner with Legal, IT, and cross-functional teams to implement and maintain systems such as CLM, e-Billing, matter management, and AI tools.
    • Drive knowledge management through document systems, Wiki, onboarding, and internal resource development.
    • Define and track legal department metrics related to efficiency, resource allocation, and spend; build dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
    • Align budgeting, accruals, and forecasting in collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline legal workflows, reduce friction, and improve speed-to-execution.
    • Establish and maintain core operational processes, documentation, and training programs to support legal team enablement and growth.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Proven success leading legal tech implementations, including CLM, e-billing, or workflow automation platforms
    • Strong analytical and financial acumen; able to build reporting frameworks, forecast spend, and drive data-informed decisions
    • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence organizational strategy through coalition building
    • Skilled in establishing a culture of continuous improvement with metrics and feedback mechanisms.
    • Experienced with AI-powered legal technologies or workflow automation tools
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, attorneys, and external partners.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Global perspective and experience managing globally distributed teams
    • JD or MBA is a plus, but not required

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $189200 - $441600 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
