Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in Trust & Safety, Public Policy, Law, Academia, Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, set strategic direction, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Deep understanding of content policy, online safety, integrity, and authenticity challenges, as well as the dynamics of social media platforms.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex topics for executives, external stakeholders, and broad audiences.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working with product, technical, legal, and operational teams.
- High technical aptitude and ability to navigate complex tools, systems, and emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of data science and how it informs policy development and enforcement.
