Role and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of multidisciplinary experts to tailor, implement and manage regional wellbeing programs based on a Global Wellbeing Strategy and Framework; provide specialist subject matter expertise and input into program design, implementation and evaluation
- Proactively manage expectations of all interested stakeholders by providing clear program roadmaps, milestone dates, and global program updates
- Work with the Wellbeing leadership team to design and manage organizational strategy and ensure alignment across regions.
- Own, develop, and maintain a comprehensive Wellbeing Needs Assessment Framework.
- Design and enhance wellbeing programs that address identified needs, consider cultural nuances across regions, and align with organizational goals.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in wellbeing and incorporate them into program design.
- Contribute to the overall wellbeing strategy to align with the organization's overall mission and values.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the wellbeing strategy, directing the team to make adjustments as needed, and report on success metrics and KPIs to track program outcomes.
Note: This role can be based in Dublin/London.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a subject matter expert in employee wellbeing, with demonstrated program design and delivery capabilities
- At least 5 years' experience in people management, preferably within the wellbeing or health-related domain
- Proven ability to interpret wellbeing-related data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration
- Experience working in global environments, building strong relationships and influencing multiple stakeholders
- Masters or PhD. in health psychology, behavioral science or another relevant health behavior-related field
- Willingness to travel (approximately 30%)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience of leading and guiding teams that work on streams/projects within larger programmes.
- Experience leading mental health expert teams within Trust and Safety.
