    E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team striving to achieve full satisfaction from customers, promoting a sustainable and risk-free sales environment, and providing the perfect purchase experience. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to deliver trustworthy and excellent service experiences for every user of TikTok Shop.

    You will partner with the business leaders, ensuring the people plans are aligned to the business strategy. In this role, you will also influence and steer strategy, driving change to develop people capability and support e-commerce ambition growth plan of market launch, while empowering our talents to grow the company. To be successful in this role, you will understand the business priorities and translate them into a people agenda that supports the business as it grows. You will need a flexible skillset, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations. You will work with a diverse and international team cross functionally and regionally.

    Responsibility

    1. Partner with the business to ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices supporting the business priority.
    2. Partner with different HR teams and collaborate to drive the outcome best for the business: including talent acquisition, talent development, performance management and employee relations.
    3. Build partnerships with site, HR, and business leaders to guide site activities, shape culture, and drive employee engagement.
    4. Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
    5. Lead different type of projects (HC planning, engagement, performance and etc.) and support annual HR agenda throughout the employee life cycle.
    6. Other responsibilities include having a strategic focus and working with the necessary HR stakeholders to cover talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement.

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications

    1. 5 years HR experience, HRBP experience is strongly preferred.
    2. Bachelor's degree or above is required.
    3. Experience working with a diverse teams and in a scaling global organization.
    4. Understand the fundamental work of each module of human resources, and have practical experience in recruitment, performance management, etc.
    5. Experience in project management, change management, cultural transformation and independent program driving.
    6. Ability to multi-task and to work through complexities in an ever-changing and high-growth business environment.
    7. Hold in-depth knowledge of compliance and labour laws.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • HR experience in e-commerce or the technology industry.
    • Strategic HR Business Partnering projects and involvement.
    • Demonstrate strong communication, engagement and influencing capability
    • Be self-motivated, diligent, responsive, accountable and resilient
