- Design and implement strategic HR projects, including but not limited to new employee onboarding initiatives, mentorship upgrades, new leader landing program design, leadership drive etc.
- Collaborate closely with business and HR team in driving the program implementation, upgrade design and feedback collection. Taking ownership of program whole lifecycle and drive delivery.
- Provide HR support on daily people topics, such as: RTO5, workforce planning coordination, people process consultancy and provide feedbacks to respective supporting functions.
- Provide consultation to employees on HR policy and company guidelines.
- Diagnose and analyze HR issues upon business ad-hoc needs, deliver timely feedback and solutions to business.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Management, and other related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR at Internet giants or MNC with at least one HR domain experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR projects (L&D, Talent, leadership etc.) or HRBP experience is highly appreciated. Fast paced internet company background with good understanding of E-commerce is also appreciated.
- Attention to detail and results driven.
- Resilient and adaptive towards a fast-paced working environment.
- Strong competency in communication.
- Being absolutely trustworthy in handling data or info with high confidentiality, able to provide fair judgement according to company guideline or people process.
