In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.

    Responsibilities

    1. Partner with your assigned business unit(s) and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
    2. Partner with business team-leaders to help build a strong community that will improve the development of the business.
    3. Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance when appropriate; including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations
    4. Proactively assess team needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
    5. Be the ambassador for the TikTok organizational culture by partnering with business units to drive engagement focus.
    6. Manage employee issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3 years of HRBP experience
    • A good understanding of the European, Middle East and Africa employment law and regulatory frameworks
      -Good at structural thinking and problem solving.
    • Experience in effectively partnering with multiple stakholders

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Demonstrated Policy and procedure development and enforcement to ensure compliance
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Experience with regional/global/cross cultural project management preferred.
    • Interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Able to work successfully with ambiguity in a complex, fast paced and challenging business environment
    • Ready to embark journey in a fast pace environment and comfortable with change management.
