- Take ownership of critical operational processes, including cross-border transfer and employee probationary review processes, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive process optimization initiatives to elevate the overall operational efficiency of the department.
- Provide guidance to leaders and employees on change management, particularly pertaining to updates in RTO and modifications to existing processes.
- Being the linkage/bridge between central teams and regional teams, providing editorial support to bring curated & translated contents to our regional teams.
- Own and drive internal knowledge base for our HR team and Business teams and always keep our knowledge base the one stop shop for key information.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent time management skills, prioritization skills and strong in both verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain a positive, growth-minded attitude toward pressure and change.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Work independently as well as collaborate effectively.
