    About the Team
    You will be supporting our Trust & Safety business. Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist HRBPs with identifying and mapping out training needs for the region.
    • Work closely with the HRBP team to push out meaningful and useful content for our APAC regional teams.
    • Coordinate and manage training logistics in accordance with established schedules and roadmaps, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Maintain meticulous records of training attendance and systematically measure training (ROIs), generating data-driven insights to inform continuous enhancements to Learning and Development within the department.
    • Take ownership of critical operational processes, including cross-border transfer and employee probationary review processes, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Drive process optimization initiatives to elevate the overall operational efficiency of the department.
    • Provide guidance to leaders and employees on change management, particularly pertaining to updates in RTO and modifications to existing processes.
    • Being the linkage/bridge between central teams and regional teams, providing editorial support to bring curated & translated contents to our regional teams.
    • Own and drive internal knowledge base for our HR team and Business teams and always keep our knowledge base the one stop shop for key information.
    • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Excellent time management skills, prioritization skills and strong in both verbal and written communication skills.
    • Maintain a positive, growth-minded attitude toward pressure and change.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • BA/BS degree preferred.
    • Work independently as well as collaborate effectively.
    • Take pride and demonstrate ownership in the quality of work products.
