    Position summary

    & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

    As Talent Acquisition Intern for TikTok Trust & Safety's team, you will support recruitment for various roles such as Product Managers, Data Scientists, Program Managers and Algorithm Trainers etc. You will provide excellent candidate experience and look to optimise recruitment processes.

    You will be involved in the following activities:

    • Participating in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process.
    • Sourcing, targeting, and building pipelines of candidates' databases.
    • Professional partnering with the TA Partners, hiring managers, and team leaders on hiring needs.
    • Supporting new project (s), and/or optimizing current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Achieving a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications
    -Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/Master in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields.

    • Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English (verbal and written).

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Self-starter who has an appetite for learning new things.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Candidates who is about to commit to a full time 6 months internship or at least 3 days a week.
