    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within HR or related domains.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach to supporting employees and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including immigration regulations.
    • Flexibility to changes or urgent requests.
    • Strong operational and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
