    Position summary

    ket trends, monitor competitor activities, gather input from sellers and buyers, and apply best practices from other countries/regions to build information libraries and identify new growth opportunities.
    3. Insights Creation: Combine internal data, market research, and seller/buyer input to generate meaningful insights that drive new growth opportunities or improve efficiency.
    4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the center of expertise to collaborate with the Marketing Team (Branding/Media), IP Campaigns, and other cross-functional teams (including R&D tech) to co-develop cohesive and effective campaigns.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in growth/demand, strategic planning (S&P), or consulting. Experience in forecasting, building projections, and campaign planning is required.
    2. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude when dealing with setbacks. Must be independent yet capable of teamwork.
    3. Language: Proficiency in English and native Portuguese fluency is required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Project Management: Excellent project management and execution skills, including creating timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating teams to meet objectives.
    2. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively convey marketing plans and strategies to internal and external stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
    3. Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and apply learning iterations for continuous improvement.
    4. Collaborative Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including internal departments (Marketing, Creators, Merchants, PR, GR, CSR, Legal, FinTech, Logistics, Industry Team) and Regional Teams (Marketing, Product).
    5. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all marketing materials are accurate, campaign setups are timely, and execution is error-free.
