Creative Leadership & Event Experience (50%):
- Translate business objectives into high-impact creative concepts across all marketing channels, including digital, social, offline events, and experiential activations.
- Act as the brand custodian, ensuring TikTok for Business's visual identity and tone are consistently applied across campaigns, on-site event branding, stage design, and attendee experiences.
- Lead agency collaboration: develop campaign concepts, write clear and actionable briefs, provide structured feedback, and manage timelines to ensure on-brand, high-quality output.
- Be hands-on for core creative needs: design smaller-scale assets (e.g., social visuals, event collaterals, presentations) and support content production directly when needed, setting creative benchmarks for agencies and vendors.
- Oversee video production for campaigns and events - from storyboarding and scripting to on-site displays, highlight reels, and post-activation storytelling.
Integrated Marketing Communications (50%):
- Develop and execute B2B marketing communication strategies to influence and engage key stakeholders across brands, agencies, ecosystem partners, and industry associations.
- Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, spanning events, scaled education, partner enablement, content marketing, email, social media, PR, and client engagement.
- Independently own and drive strategic cross-functional initiatives, working closely with teams across Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver marketing solutions aligned with business priorities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, video production, and event creative across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Proven ability to conceptualize ideas, craft clear creative briefs, provide structured feedback, and ensure on-brand, high-quality final delivery.
- Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in offline event creative - on-site branding, experiential activations, stage visuals - in collaboration with event marketing teams.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, balancing multiple markets, stakeholders, and creative timelines.
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills, with the ability to align creative output to broader marketing and business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in creative agencies or in-house brand/platform teams, managing agency partners and production vendors, is a plus.
- Passion for TikTok with the ability to leverage trends and create TikTok-native content.
