    Event Strategy & Execution:

    1. Develop and deliver the B2B events strategy for APAC, aligning with business priorities to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
    2. Own the end-to-end event lifecycle - from concepting, budgeting, and vendor management to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
    3. Manage content and messaging for events, ensuring narratives align with brand voice and business objectives across all touchpoints.

    Creative & Experience Design:

    1. Oversee event creative production including on-site branding, stage visuals, highlight videos, and digital displays, ensuring consistency with TikTok for Business brand guidelines.
    2. Develop promotional assets for social media, email campaigns, and event microsites to maximize audience engagement before, during, and after events.
    3. Deliver copywriting, design briefs, and content calendars for event-related communications across channels.
      Marketing Communications Integration.

    Marketing Communications Integration:

    1. Manage social media campaigns, PR amplification, and email workflows for all events, ensuring cohesive storytelling and visibility across APAC markets.
    2. Craft press materials, event highlight articles, and post-event content for multi-channel distribution.
    3. Align event campaigns with lead-generation programs to drive measurable business outcomes.

    Operational Excellence & Analytics:

    1. Track event KPIs such as attendance, engagement, and pipeline influence, using insights to optimize future programs.
    2. Manage budgets, vendors, and production timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across all event activations.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1. Proven experience managing large-scale and multi-market events end-to-end across APAC.
    2. Proven experience in event strategy, logistics, on-site production, and project management, including budget ownership and managing vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget.
    3. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across sales, marketing, product, and business leadership teams to align on event goals and outcomes.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    4. Knowledge of integrated marketing communications (social media, email, PR, content marketing, etc). Able to handle event content, branding, and promotional campaigns across online and offline channels.
    5. Analytical mindset with the ability to track event KPIs, ROI, and pipeline influence for data-driven improvements.
    6. Passion for creating memorable brand experiences that connect audiences and drive measurable business results.
