- Conduct data analysis on campaign performance (including against order and GMV targets) and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimization, such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaign performance
- Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- 4 years of experience in Internet companies, brand companies, or agencies
- English proficiency is required
- Proven experience of owning a comprehensive marketing campaign from ideation to execution
- Creative and strategic thinking: You should be able to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Good planning skills with innovative spirit, great logical thinking ability; and had the experience of owning a comprehensive marketing campaign from ideation to execution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical skills: You should be able to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Project management skills: You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Understands and is experienced in budget management and forecasting.
- Able to withstand pressure, communicate effectively and able to obtain quick results
