- Assist major marketing projects, including different kinds of IP Campaigns (Super Brand Day, Super Brand Festival, New Arrival Day, Brand Fan Day..), seasonal festivities (e.g. Women's Day), and other initiatives
- In-App Configuration: Support system configuring for key campaign tools (e.g. Voucher, Livestream, Campaign Microsite, etc)
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using internal analytic dashboards, conduct performance reports, and provide recommendations
- Stakeholder coordination: Coordinate projects across a variety of stakeholders, including local teams (eg: Creator Management, Seller Management...), regional teams (eg: Marketing, Product...), and external teams (eg: brand teams, agencies, vendors)
- Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing and industry developments to enhance project quality
- Navigate in a fast-paced environment with high standards for accuracy and process excellence
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled university students who can work full-time 5 days a week for a minimum of 6 months
- Excellent project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Independent, self-motivated, having a growth mindset and a high sense of ownership
- Frequently use and understand the practice of social media apps and E-commerce platforms in Vietnam
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of personal projects or relevant work experience that clearly showcase project outcomes and individual contributions
- Experience within digital marketing agencies or account management roles is highly preferred
