    About Team
    IT Enterprise Solution Product Design Team is responsible for supporting the entire lifecycle of IT product design. This includes but is not limited to, participating in early-stage user research and requirement analysis, outputting and iterating design solutions, executing and implementing designs, conducting testing, validating designs post-release, following up on feedback, and supporting product commercialization efforts. The team also handles product-related brand promotion and operational design work.

    Responsibilities

    1. Provide professional training and guidance to designers, establishing work standards and design delivery requirements.
    2. Recruit and select top talent, building a highly skilled and efficient design team.
    3. Develop a robust and comprehensive knowledge base of IT business, leveraging deep business insights to maximize design effectiveness.
    4. Formulate the medium- to long-term strategic planning for the design team in alignment with departmental goals and strategies.
    5. Solve complex design challenges, distilling clarity from intricate contexts, identifying core issues, and delivering practical and effective solutions.
    6. Approach problems from various perspectives, balancing and driving upstream and downstream processes, while fostering clear communication and strong trust-based collaboration with business, product, and R&D teams.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
    2. 5+ years of experience in UX, Product, or Service Design.
    3. Demonstrated comprehensive design and logical thinking skills.
    4. Highly self-motivated and driven, with a commitment to continuously raising design standards and quality.

    Preferred Qualifications

    1. Proven experience in leading design teams.
    2. Strong logical thinking and modeling capabilities, with the ability to uncover underlying issues rather than focusing on surface-level symptoms.
    3. A high capacity for learning, with the ability to quickly acquire and understand new fields and knowledge.
    4. A deep passion for design and a love for life.
