    As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide first-level technical support under supervision for hardware, software, and basic IT service issues
    • Help manage tickets, document resolutions, and maintain the knowledge base
    • Assist in identifying trends in support tickets and recurring issues
    • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for improvement, collecting requirements, and providing optimization suggestions
    • Conduct research and development of AI-powered tools to support business functions including data visualization, summarization, workflow automation, or recommendations
    • Contribute to performance reporting and service improvement tracking
    • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams on improvement or automation pilot projects

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
    • Basic knowledge of IT support concepts, Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
    • Experience in developing workflow automation solutions (e.g., low code/no code platforms, RPA, or scripting)
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, service-focused IT environment
