Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or Statistics.
- 5+ years of experience in product management specialising in at least one of the following areas: Trust & Safety, Risk Control, Privacy, or Compliance.
- Experience translating regulatory, legal, or policy requirements into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting product strategy, trade-offs, and impact to senior stakeholders or leadership forums.
- Proven ability to define and use quantitative metrics and user insights to drive product decisions and measure post-launch impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building products for teens, kids, or families, including familiarity with age-appropriate UX, safety-by-design principles and digital wellbeing.
- Knowledge of youth-related privacy and safety regulations (e.g. UK AADC, UK OSA, Australia SMMA, DSA article 28, US minor safety laws).
- Experience designing or partnering on digital well-being solutions.
- Experience operating in global or multi-region products, with sensitivity to cultural, legal, and regulatory differences.
- Background working with internal research, policy, and operations teams and external experts focused on youth safety or education.
