Position summary

Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, privacy, IP, and competition legal teams to deliver unified legal advice.
Provide clear, actionable legal guidance and consolidated opinions to business stakeholders, supporting rapid growth by balancing risk management with practical, scalable legal solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Lead legal review of product features, algorithm/data usage, and other business initiatives through the lens of EU and national laws.
Partner closely with public policy teams on legal risks and mitigation strategies for high-impact projects.
Maintain and update online terms and conditions in local languages across EU markets.
Drive improvements to legal processes, templates, and internal training programs to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Licensed or qualified to practice in the UK or EU.
Strong experience in EU legislation and national laws, with strong expertise in either consumer protection, privacy, antitrust, and IP.
Strong drafting and negotiation experience, particularly in retail, digital content, and advertising-related agreements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to distil complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in the eCommerce or tech industry.
Deep understanding of the European digital regulatory landscape, particularly around online marketplaces and digital commerce.
Experience working across jurisdictions and collaborating with international teams.
