Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of live streaming strategies, monitor and analyze the performance of operations, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to creators, helping them to optimize their content and grow their audiences and revenue.
- Collaborate with live agencies to enhance their operations and organizational capability.
- Panning and executing native events to enhance content diversity and overall revenue.
- Understand the psychology and behavior of creators and users in the native markets, provide constructive and exploratory suggestions to improve user experience and resolve issues.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the live streaming industry and familiarity with current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Korean language.
Preferred Qualification:
- Fluency in English or Chinese is a plus as the role will entail a lot of scenarios working with team members based in China and globally.
