You will work closely with various internal partners, including other members of Trust & Safety, Product teams, and Legal. In addition to policy development and enforcement strategies, you will also support internal teams that identify, triage, and remove violative content globally.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Quality Leadership: Develop initiatives to help drive alignment and quality improvements for both human and AI based moderation systems
- Root Cause Analyses: Lead comprehensive RCA processes to address systemic moderation accuracy issues
- Performance Analytics: Run analyses of issues within our content space, and partner with other policy, product, and operations teams to develop strategies and solutions to improve performance. Track performance improvements.
- Quality Initiatives: Lead and implement projects that seek to find efficiencies and other systematic improvements for moderation quality.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Represent T&S and collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality-driven policy updates
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in policy development and/or policy enforcement within the technology, social media, or content platform industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in public policy, politics, law, economics, behavioral sciences, or a related field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex or ambiguous issues into clear, structured guidance.
- Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.

- Proven experience working cross-functionally and managing projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience collaborating with international stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at multiple levels of seniority.
