    Creator Feedback & Iteration

    • Build structured feedback loops with creators and internal teams.
    • Translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable product recommendations.
    • Prioritize key issues and influence product iteration roadmaps.

    Data-Informed Feature Optimization

    • Monitor livestream KPIs such as ACU, watch time, interaction rate, and revenue to assess feature performance.
    • Collaborate with data teams to identify high/low-performing features and evaluate experiments.
    • Surface insights that drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

    Operational Process Building

    • Develop and document workflows for creator issue escalation, and feature tracking.
    • Design scalable systems to streamline product rollout and post-launch support.
    • Ensure alignment with local and central teams for consistent execution.

    Cross-Functional Coordination

    • Act as a bridge across Product, Creator Management, Trust & Safety, Legal, and Marketing teams.
    • Run regular syncs to track progress, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment across functions.
    • Localize feature execution in accordance with U.S. compliance and legal requirements.

    Tooling & Infrastructure

    • Identify gaps in internal tooling (e.g., dashboards, usage trackers, bug reporting flows).
    • Drive improvements in operational tooling to increase visibility and efficiency.
    • Partner with engineering and data teams to deploy scalable infrastructure for feature support.

    Creator Communication & Social Media Management

    • Manage official TikTok LIVE Gaming social media channels to support feature launches, spotlight product updates, and promote creator education.
    • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to craft creator-facing messaging for new features, best practices, and known issues.
    • Monitor creator sentiment across social platforms to inform feature feedback loops and identify communication gaps.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years experience in product ops, live streaming, or creator ecosystem roles (ideally at a video platform or tech company)
    • Strong project management skills with ability to work cross-functionally
    • Familiarity with livestream metrics and feature performance tracking
    • Data-literate: able to partner with analytics teams and interpret cohort trends
    • Clear communicator who can simplify complex issues for different audiences

    Preferred Qualification:

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $192534 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
