Position summary
ntent policies and legal requirements through prompt engineering and other advanced techniques.
LLM Application Management - End-to-end management of task-specific LLM applications, including but not limited to evaluation dataset preparation, prompt engineering, RAG datasets preparation, and conducting tests and iterative improvements to enhance precision/recall trade-offs.
Incident Response & Analysis - Investigate escalations (e.g., false positives/negatives), diagnose root causes, and implement prompt, model, or solution refinements to reduce errors. Conduct root-cause analyses of systemic issues and deploy rapid fixes.
Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with algorithm engineers to deploy, monitor, and maintain LLMs in production. Optimize model efficiency in terms of cost, speed, and accuracy while ensuring scalability for high-volume content. Partner with policy, legal, and compliance teams to refine enforcement policies and keep LLMs aligned with the latest guidelines. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate LLMs into moderation tools and user-facing platforms.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Education - Bachelor's degree or higher in law, sociology, political science, public policy, journalism, business, computer science, data science, or a related field.
AI & Machine Learning Knowledge - Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, with a passion for leveraging AI to drive significant business impact.
Data-Driven Decision Making - Highly data-sensitive, skilled in in-depth data analysis, and committed to making decisions based on data insights.
Continuous Learning & Adaptability - Self-starter with a strong desire for continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation.
Fast-Paced Environment - Comfortable working in a dynamic, results-driven environment with tight deadlines.

Content Moderation Experience - Prior experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, or related fields.
