About the Team
The Supply Chain and Logistics team at TikTok is dedicated to supporting enterprises and various business lines, striving to enhance supply chain and logistics efficiency, achieve cost-effectiveness, and ultimately drive business success. Our core focus and capabilities encompass a wide range of services, including domestic and regional supply chain solutions, global supply chain network layout, digitization of supply chain systems, data analysis, planning, automatic replenishment management, health inventory management, logistics operations, global warehouse network layout, cross-border supply chain delivery and operations, as well as customs and international trade compliance, among others.

Responsibilities:

1. Support business partners with end-to-end supply chain services and provide sourcing opportunities for domestic and overseas
2. Responsible for managing domestic and international supply chain operation processes including:

• Proactively identify potential operational flaws
• Seek solutions to improve supply chain operation efficiencies
• Make efforts to reduce operational costs and improve customer satisfaction

3. Responsible for contract management
4. Develop agile operational solutions through implementing process and system optimizations
5. Support system operation in SCM, OMS, WMS, TMS and ERP. Meanwhile, support the whole life cycle of project implementation
6. Implement a robust supplier performance evaluation system to ensure high-quality deliveries
7. Develop business relationships with key customers to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in global logistics operations and project management
2. Familiarity with global logistics end to end process including international transportation and warehouse management
3. Well-versed in order to cash, procurement, demand planning, warehouse management, transportation management

Preferred qualifications:

1. Prior experience navigating and excelling within the dynamic environments of large international corporations
2. Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83000 - $170000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
