Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics, procurement, or related fields;
• Good cross-cultural understanding, strong communication skills, and a spirit of teamwork;
• Those with experience in international logistics or cross-border e-commerce, as well as experience in supplier management or process management, and who understand the development trends and policies of domestic and international logistics markets;
• Proficiently master various service provider management methods and tools, understand cross-border logistics supply chain processes, and be aware of the development trends and policies of domestic and international logistics markets;
• Strong sense of responsibility, with a high level of risk awareness and the ability to analyze and solve problems.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111467 - $208578 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
