Machine Learning Engineer - Ads Signal

ndustry is moving toward a privacy-preserving world. As a machine learning engineer on the Ads Signal team, you will develop novel machine learning solutions, build scalable tech foundations and launch various products to maximize signal values for ads in a privacy-preserving way. The team is working on various products, including web/app signals modeling, identity matching, probabilistic attribution, modeled conversions, as well as various privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs).

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing machine learning and PET solutions for various ads use cases, including ads signal extraction and understanding, identity matching, attribution, reporting, ranking, calibration, bidding, etc.
• Work with product and business teams on product vision definition and execution

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with applying machine learning methods for ranking.
• 3+ years of software development experience and strong coding skills, especially in Python/C++/Go. Experience with high-load systems is a plus
• Familiarity with online experimentation and analytics
• Curiosity toward new technologies and entrepreneurship

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $129960 - $194750 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
