    3.Build TTAM (TikTok Ads Manager) Copilot by integrating LLMs into our products and services to improve advertiser engagement. Tasks include developing Generative-AI based QAs, recommending auto-creation strategies, and developing conversational creation flows, all contributing to user satisfaction and engagement.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
    2. Experience with machine learning, in either an academic or industrial setting.
    3. Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including natural language processing, computer vision, click-through rate prediction, etc.
    4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Go, or Java, and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn).
    5. Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
    6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
    7. Very strong teamwork skills (e.g. communication, collaboration, ownership, empathy, honesty).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
    2. Experience in developing industrial advertising systems and recommendation systems.
    3. Experience with LLM and AIGC.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $145000 - $250000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
