    Responsibilities

    • Develop tiered curriculums and effective always-on education resources, such as webinars, one-pagers, Creator Academy articles and videos
    • Collaborate closely with Creator Growth and Journey team to devise curriculums suitable to grow creators across scaled and direct management.
    • Collaborate closely with Direct and Scaled Management teams to create internal enablement sessions around product features, moderation & safety, relationship building and more in order to enhance account management.
    • Collaborate closely with Product Adoption team to develop curriculums and other educational resources for their programs.
    • While the overall team supports all regions, this role will primarily oversee execution for North America

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years working experience focused on the creator and content ecosystem, ideally with experience at other top content, entertainment and social media/influencer platforms, companies, or relevant industries
    • Understanding of the TikTok platform, TikTok creators, and the current competitive landscape
    • Highly collaborative with a strong track record of working across teams, organizational structures, and geographies to drive impact
    • Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills with an ability to tailor to different audiences
    • Understanding key business priorities, including the ability to clearly articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and drive projects start-to-finish to serve those core business priorities
    • Superior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience developing, producing, launching, and measuring the effectiveness of online & offline education content
    • Product marketing experience
    • Experience working in a global organization across timezones and cultures
    • MS/MA/MBA in Marketing
    • Fluent in English and Korean or Japanese to be able to review APAC content to improve content quality

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115000 - $155000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
