    Position summary

    ment: Partner with key stakeholders and agencies, providing strategic guidance and performance optimization to maximize ROI.

    • Data Building & Diagnosis Capability
    • Partner with APMs or BPMs to inform and guide revenue-driving strategies
    • Provide scorecards for branding, TTS, Apps, and Web performance at the top accounts level of leading agencies
    • Deliver actionable insights through regular dashboards, reporting, and performance reviews to optimize agency outcomes
    • Data Analytics & Insights:
    • Leverage data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, assess market trends, and generate actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
    • Track and analyze advertising data, drawing actionable insights for campaign optimization and revenue growth as well as making seasonal predictions
    • Build effective data tracking workflow, monitoring progress, and finding problems in a timely manner
    • Visualize large or complex data and transform it to be more accessible, understandable, and usable.
    • Understand business problems, identify data sources and translate problems into structured analysis or data products that directly drive actionable insights that maximize value
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute industry-specific strategies that align with TikTok's growth objectives.
    • Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to launch new products and features, ensuring market fit and customer adoption.
    • Operational Efficiency: Streamline internal processes and workflows, ensuring smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams.
    • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, track progress, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and operational initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, go-to-market strategy, business intelligence, or client solutions .
    • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
    • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across departments.
    • Self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) , database pipelines etc.
    • Excellent analytical skills in spotting issues and take actionable initiatives from data
    • Experience working in an international environment, with an understanding of cultural nuances across APAC markets.
    • Previous experience in any of the key industries (eCommerce, FinTech, SuperApps, Entertainment, Social, Gaming) with knowledge of user acquisition and engagement strategies.
