- Data Analytics & Insights:
- Leverage data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, assess market trends, and generate actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Track and analyze advertising data, drawing actionable insights for campaign optimization and revenue growth as well as making seasonal predictions
- Build effective data tracking workflow, monitoring progress, and finding problems in a timely manner
- Visualize large or complex data and transform it to be more accessible, understandable, and usable.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, go-to-market strategy, business intelligence, or client solutions .
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across departments.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) , database pipelines etc.
- Excellent analytical skills in spotting issues and take actionable initiatives from data
- Experience working in an international environment, with an understanding of cultural nuances across APAC markets.
- Previous experience in any of the key industries (eCommerce, FinTech, SuperApps, Entertainment, Social, Gaming) with knowledge of user acquisition and engagement strategies.
