- Assist in optimizing merchant-level content supply structure by coordinating merchant allocation and monitoring agency performance on a weekly basis.
- Help follow up on campaign execution (e.g., content production, LIVE sessions, promotions) to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Consolidate data and prepare regular reports on content performance, GMV, and operational progress.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (BD, marketing, agencies) to facilitate smooth communication and execution.
- Support documentation of best practices, SOPs, and one-pagers to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (both English & Bahasa Indonesia) to support smooth collaboration with Indonesian merchants, agencies and internal teams.
- Strong coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow up on tasks.
- Basic analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- interest or experience in creator/agency operations, content, or local services (F&B, travel, etc.).
- Familiar with TikTok content ecosystem and trends is a plus.
- Ability to structure processes and support SOP/documentation is a plus.
