We seek a motivated and empathetic individual with strong analytical skills, aiming to develop our Marketing Science discipline. Success in this role within a rapidly expanding environment depends on execution, curiosity, and a commitment to data-driven thinking, while giving priority to the empowerment of others.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients and agencies to develop and execute measurement learning agendas that lead to a better understanding of their performance on the platform.
- Advise stakeholders on the pros and cons of different measurement tools and methodologies based on the goal of a campaign
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop best practices using data and measurement that will improve advertiser business outcomes
- Analyze the results of randomized controlled trials (aka, holdout studies). Leverage advanced measurement methods using clean rooms and privacy-enhancing technologies.
- Conduct meta-analyses of groups of studies to find strategies that can lead to better performance.
- Consult with advertiser side data science and analytics teams on methods and models. Be able to go deep on machine learning and experimentation methods to evaluate and advise different approaches.
- Present campaign and holistic learnings to various internal and external stakeholders.
- Synthesize client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected with our product and partnership teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with digital advertising or related marketing organizations
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field
- A track record of inferential problem-solving through experimental design, analytical and data science methods.
- Experience executing custom analytical work using SQL and Python.
- Exposure to digital advertising platforms with an understanding of digital ad formats, auction, and performance drivers.
- Expertise in measurement methods such as experimental design, incrementality, attribution and Marketing Mix Modeling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research field preferred
- Hands on knowledge of statistical modeling, multi-variate analysis, and machine learning preferred
- Advanced expertise in custom analytical work using SQL and Python preferred
- Experience with clean-rooms based measurement preferred, including writing advanced SQL queries and performing analysis for the purpose of effectiveness testing, targeting, customer insights etc.
- Exposure to privacy enhancing technologies such as differential privacy, multi-party computation, confidential computing etc. a plus.
