- Proven experience with incrementality testing and causal inference methods to measure ad effectiveness
- Proven experience with attribution modeling; experience with Media Mix Modeling
- Exposure to digital advertising platforms with an understanding of digital ad formats, auction, and campaign performance drivers
- Fluency in German is required; excellent verbal and written English is required
- Experience executing custom analytical work; proficiency in SQL, Hive, or R

- Experience in CPG and/or Retail
