he Measurement Partner will build on our Measurement discipline where execution, curiosity, and data-driven thinking in a fast-growth environment to make others better is critical for success.
Responsibilities:
- Partner primarily with clients and agencies to provide good measurement that can lead to better understanding of their performance on the platform
- Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for clients across branding, app and web performance use cases
- Analyse data to develop advanced analytics projects tailor made for clients to prove that TikTok works
- Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected with our product and partnerships teams
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive, proven experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
- Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills are required
- Familiarity with experimentation, incrementality testing as well as attribution and Media Mix Modelling, including triangulation across these methodologies
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
- Experience with executing custom analytical work where SQL, HIVE, and R is preferred
- Exposure to e-commerce-heavy advertisers that are heavily engaging in app and/or web performance
