Measurement Points of Views to global product and measurement teams
- Partner with product and partnership teams to prioritize strategic initiatives for the region
- Implement first-and third-party measurement solutions for Key Accounts, aligned to defined learning objectives
- Work closely with Sales and Product Strategy to elevate internal measurement capability and knowledge
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Proven experience in digital advertising, marketing organizations, or measurement providers, with a focus on demonstrating brand or performance ROI
- Strong understanding of measurement solutions for global advertisers (e.g. Reach, Resonance, Reaction)
- Track record of delivering measurement insights that have driven tangible behaviour change
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with a strong focus on outcomes
- Ability to work independently, maintain high-quality output, and provide clear, strategic guidance
- Fluent Japanese and English speaking is a must. Proficiency in English and Japanese is required for effective communication with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and alignment with business objectives. The ability to understand and communicate complex information in English and Japanese is essential for this role.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience working with advertising agencies or complex, data-driven organisations is preferred
- Strong analytical and statistical skillset; familiarity with R, Python, or SQL is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
