    Welcome to the Mega Campaign Indonesia Team - a passionate, creative, and data-driven group dedicated to delivering impactful campaigns that connect brands with people across Indonesia. Our team combines local insights with global expertise to drive measurable success.

    Responsibilities

    1. Market Analysis: Collect and organize information based on market trends and business needs. Conduct market and competitor analysis.
    2. Campaign Operations: Carry out the configuration of campaigns and related channels. Regularly optimize and streamline processes. Conduct analysis of data from relevant channels and activities to provide decision-making basis for iterative improvements.
    3. Data Analysis: Analyze data from various promotional strategies and conduct post-analysis of these strategies to provide insights.
    4. Daily Operations: Communication with XFN to improve campaign registration rates and ensure the achievement of objectives.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    1. Proven experience in end-to-end e-commerce campaign management.
    2. Strong proficiency in office software, with excellent data analysis and execution skills.
    3. Commitment to a minimum 6-month internship, available 5 days a week.

    Preferred Qualifications

    1. E-Commerce & Analytical Skills - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and campaign management.
    2. Adaptability, Time Management & Strong Responsibility - A high sense of responsibility, proactive mindset, and ability to adapt to industry changes while efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    3. Strong Communication & Problem-Solving - Ability to collaborate and interact with cross functional teams and solve issues efficiently
