The Merchandise Growth team focuses on improving product supply quality and accelerating merchandise growth on the platform. Through data-driven strategies and operations, the team drives the growth of high-quality products within the platform ecosystem. Key focuses include optimizing product assortment, supporting high-potential products, and improving product performance across different traffic channels. The team also works to enhance product-creator matching efficiency to drive conversion and commercial value in the content commerce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Support analysis of product supply structure and merchandise growth, tracking key metrics such as assortment breadth, product activation, and new product performance.
- Identify potential products suitable for creator content scenarios and help improve product-creator matching efficiency.
- Assist in executing merchandise growth initiatives, including potential product identification, cold-start support, and exposure optimization.
- Analyze product performance across different traffic channels and generate insights.
- Collaborate with creator operations, merchant operations, product, and data teams to support merchandise growth initiatives.
- Participate in data analysis and strategy reviews to support ongoing merchandise growth efforts.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with interest in e-commerce or content commerce.
- Basic understanding of short-video or livestream commerce ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel is required.
- Structured thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or project background in e-commerce operations, merchandise strategy, or creator partnerships.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
