for a driven, self-starter who can collaborate well with sales and partner teams, execute and deliver core operational processes, and critical thinkers that can spot bottlenecks and lead projects to drive change.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts and book of business management - Manage scheduled account transfers, book of business review, account and data hygiene, data scope access and permission management, etc.
- Sales performance management - Conduct quarterly sales incentive processes, performance distributions and adjustments approvals
- Sales enablement - Support sales on day-to-day sales enablement topics via the global helpdesk, assist with questions related to accounts, contracts, billing set-up, etc.
- Knowledge management - Create and manage all support materials and resource hubs, drive training for all sales processes and key topics, communications on process and system updates
- Process improvement projects - Conduct in-depth assessments of our sales and internal processes end-to-end to identify gaps and their drivers, and build and implement solutions to support revenue growth
- Business intelligence - Create and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards to track operational metrics/KPIs, monitor and share trends with senior leadership teams to ensure operational health of business
- Extensive collaboration with various internal teams, incl. Finance, Legal, Tax, Product, Sales, and Systems teams to continuously evolve and adapt our policies and processes
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment - high growth start-up, tech platforms, etc. in an operations and/or project/program management capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience using data to create compelling stories that communicate key messages across the organization and to influence various levels of management decision making
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills
- Fast learner, ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Finance, Sales, Systems, and Product
- Self-starter and execution mindset, capable of delivering on changes with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL and familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (e.g. SalesForce,), Order Management Systems (Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook, etc.) is a plus
- Knowledge, understanding, or experience working in an adtech environment would be a great benefit in this role
- As we are an EMEA based business, any additional language skills would be a plus
