Responsibilities
- Partner with the Southeast management and sales teams (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines) to shape ByteDance's mid-to-long term commercial incentive strategy with key partners to drive business growth
- Define monetary incentive structure and service value added, manage deal contracts, and process payouts to support ByteDance's partners' business expansion
- Tactical short-term initiatives program design, aiming to capture short-term revenue opportunity
- Liasion with cross-functional counterparties across legal, finance, tax, data, product etc. to drive deal implementation
- Budget planning, establish performance tracking dashboards, process and product enhancements, conduct ROI measurement and post-program analysis
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- More than 3 years of work experience in a high growth tech company, strategy consulting firms or financial institutes
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, and proactiveness in problem-solving
- Strong data analytics skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fast learner, go-getter and highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- Experience working in or dealing with advertising agencies is preferred
- Experience in digital advertising and commercial deal management preferred
