    Position summary

    gy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.

    The Strategy Manager will be joining the Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team in DACH. This organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross functional teams and prioritizing the needs of the team. This role focuses on Strategy, Reporting, Projects and Research. In addition, the role will work with cross-functional teams to find potential for improvement and proactively find solutions to improve processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop yearly and quarterly commercial strategy including revenue ambition, strategic initiatives (what) and the corresponding tactics (how)
    • Drive reporting & analytics: Creating dashboards and insightful reports and recommend actionable solutions to drive the business' growth
    • Conceptualize and implement regional projects, e.g. determining areas of improvement and drive the change process to generate impact
    • Conduct research and market sizing of industries, business models, products, customers and derive actionable recommendation
    • Partner closely with DACH senior and mid management as well as collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams to reflect their POV

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in top tier consulting or high growth company with experience in digital business models, media, digital advertising
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
    • Self-starter capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision incl. strong time management skills and adaptability to a changing environment
    • Comfort with ambiguity and cross-cultural environment as well as fast learner to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of unknown industries
    • Structured thinking to cut through complex problems and develop stakeholder pragmatic and impactful solutions
    • Ability to drive stakeholders to decision and to also defend unpopular opinions as well as moderate between opinions
    • As this role works with the German speaking markets, full business fluency in both English and German skills are required. As this role work as a key consultant for our business, this includes the ability to influence and drive decision making processes, in both verbal and written communication
