- Lead processes standardisation projects independently across APAC markets, provide guidelines and training for the Sales team;
- Conduct in-depth analytical review of business operations, and prepare clear and concise management reporting via dashboard visualization;
- Act as the 1st line support for Sales teams providing prompt assistance and troubleshooting for daily issues, develop and monitor Help Desk performance indicators, suggest sales process improvements based on insights from Helpdesk data;
- Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams (Finance, HR/Payroll, Product, HQ Teams, etc.) with a strong client-focused and continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields;
- Highly analytical; comfortable dealing with people and the processing of business operations;
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Excel and PowerPoint preferably (BI system knowledge is a plus);
- Highly self-motivated, independent, proactive, agile and determined to drive assigned targets and projects with perseverance and passion.
