    The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.

    As the Monetization Strategy & Operations team, our goal is to act as business thought partners and drive business growth through internal & external analysis, resource allocation & cross-functional/regional alignment. We're a global function with regional hubs, and are expanding our team.

    As part of this role, you will:

    • Own the end to end account planning and regional target setting process
    • Support with developing account plans & conducting bottom up account planning with sales teams
    • Track and report on revenue performance and provide suggestions on optimization
    • Support with setting top down targets and growth plans
    • Review sales pipeline and develop forecasting methodology
    • Collaborate with cross-functional & cross-regional teams to ensure targets are aligned with overall business direction
    • Collarborate with Operational and HR teams to ensure system and process alignment

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years relevant work experience, ideally in management consulting, sales operations or technology companies
    • Fast-learner, self-starter with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
    • Experience with CRM management, sales process development and training delivery
      -Excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to structure complex issues to drive insights

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of digital advertising/Gaming industry is preferred
    • Demonstrable analytical skills, ideally with experience of BI tools
