    Technical Execution:

    • Actively engage in hands-on data projects: collect, clean, and analyze data using SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
    • Develop scalable analytical solutions, including dashboards, models, and automated reporting systems.
    • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for monetization growth.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with regional monetization teams, international data teams, and business stakeholders to prioritize and execute high-impact projects.
    • Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

    Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee data pipeline integrity, ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting and analyses.
    • Manage ad-hoc requests while balancing long-term strategic priorities.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, consulting or strategy, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record of building and scaling analytics teams/functions from scratch.
    • Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
    • Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a strong plus since this role will attend Spanish-speaking markets.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in tech/digital media, particularly in advertising or monetization.
    • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Data Science).
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
