- You will work alongside our Head of Music Streaming and Commercial Partnerships to deliver best-in-class support across DSP campaign planning, partner communications, and reporting for priority releases across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- DSP Partnerships: Build and maintain strong working relationships with key DSP partners, supporting day-to-day communication and campaign delivery.
- Release Pitching: Own and deliver timely, high-quality pitches to DSP partners for priority artist releases. Ensure all relevant data, marketing information, and creative narratives are included to maximise opportunities.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align DSP strategy with artist marketing plans, social campaigns, and creative activations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor streaming performance and playlist impact for priority releases. Analyse key data and trends to inform future pitching and identify ongoing opportunities for growth.
- Best Practice Sharing: Keep internal teams up to date with DSP platform developments, new features, and best practices to optimise artist visibility and fan engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Familiarity with major DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, etc.) and tools such as Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, Chartmetric, or similar.
- Proven experience working at a DSP, label, distributor, or artist services company, with hands-on experience pitching and managing artist campaigns on streaming platforms.
- Passionate about music and digital culture, with a deep understanding of the streaming landscape and how artists grow audiences on DSPs - including how to translate fan engagement on TikTok into meaningful streaming performance.
- Excellent relationship builder with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Comfortable working with data and insights to inform campaign strategy, storytelling, and reporting.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive - able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualification
- Knowledge of a range of music genres and cultural trends, particularly across the UK & EMEA region, is a plus.
